Data Deletion

To delete your data from Parixa AI, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at parixa-ai.tarcaz.net/login
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Scroll to "Delete account" and type "permanently delete" to confirm

What happens next

• Free accounts: Access is blocked immediately. Your data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• Paid accounts: You keep access until your current billing period ends. After that, access is blocked and data is kept for 30 more days before permanent deletion.

Changed your mind?

During the 30-day grace period after access is blocked, you can recover your account at parixa-ai.tarcaz.net/recover-account. After the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Permanent deletion removes your account, quizzes, attempts, uploaded files, and all associated data. If you have trouble, contact us at kushagra@tarcaz.com.
