• Answer sheets you upload (images or PDFs)

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and practice data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded answer sheets are stored to provide you with your grading history.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from your Account Settings page. Account deletion follows a scheduled process:

• Free accounts: Access is blocked immediately upon confirmation. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
• Paid accounts: You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, access is blocked and data is retained for an additional 30 days before permanent deletion.

Account Recovery

During the 30-day grace period after access is blocked, you can recover your account via our account recovery page. Recovery restores full access and cancels the scheduled deletion. After the 30-day grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

What Gets Deleted

Upon permanent deletion, all your data is removed including: account information, quizzes you created, uploaded answer sheets, attempt history, grades and feedback, bookmarks, and any stored files. A non-reversible hash of your email address is retained for 30 days after permanent deletion to prevent abuse of our free tier.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for students preparing for examinations. If you are under 13 years of age, please use our service only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
